(ii) there is an imminent risk of serious harm to the client or to others; or
(iii) such disclosure is expressly permitted under the terms of our agreement; or
(iv) disclosure is necessary for the proper administration of the business, including but not limited to financial reporting, statutory compliance, or regulatory obligations, provided that such disclosure does not compromise the confidentiality of client-specific content and is limited to the minimum necessary information.
2. Regulatory Status and Scope of Services
Supero Executive Coaching Ltd is an independent provider of executive coaching and consultancy services. We are not regulated by any legal, medical, psychological, or diagnostic authority. Our services are designed exclusively for leadership development, corporate consultation, and professional coaching within a business or organisational context.
We do not offer medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnoses, including those relating to ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or other forms of Neurodivergence. Clients seeking diagnostic evaluation or therapeutic intervention are advised to consult a suitably qualified and regulated healthcare professional.
3. Informed Consent and Client Responsibility
All coaching and consultancy services are delivered on the basis of informed consent. Clients retain full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes following any session or engagement. While Supero Executive Coaching Ltd endeavours to provide constructive and tailored support, we make no guarantees as to specific outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supero Executive Coaching Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the client’s implementation of any advice, techniques, or guidance provided during the course of our services.
4. Client Eligibility and Engagement Terms
Our services are intended solely for business professionals, executives, and organisations. They are not suitable for minors or individuals seeking personal therapy or support outside a professional or organisational context.
By engaging with Supero Executive Coaching Ltd, clients confirm that they meet these eligibility criteria and accept the terms set out in this Disclaimer Policy. This policy may be referenced as a binding article within any formal agreement or terms and conditions governing the engagement.
